ID documentation (Passport/Driving License – Check against form data).

Bank Account Details.  

Qualification Documentation (Scanned copies of relevant Quals – check against form data).

Enhanced DBS (if you don’t have one, we will purchase and remove from your first paycheck).

Zoom Pro Conf (if you have, send login details for us to add to your account, if not, we will purchase and remove from your first paycheck).

Available working hours, (you will be able to amend these, but just so we have a rough idea).
